Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Lead / Inventory Specialist to work with a leading energy and utility company in Pataskala, Ohio. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established company.
- Full-time, long-term contract position.
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Wednesdays off, with overtime as needed.
- Candidates must live within a 45-minute commute of the worksite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, inspect, count, store, and issue materials, tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical inventory counts.
- Load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as assigned.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and material transportation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and report damaged materials or unsafe conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least one year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience.
- Warehouse lead experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.
- Construction or utility industry experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and a commitment to safety.
