This role is perfect for someone who likes to stay active, jump in where needed, solve problems, and lead by example. You'll help coordinate daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, coach team members, and partner with multiple departments to keep materials moving safely and efficiently.Essential Job DutiesSupport daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement.Coordinate daily workflow, assign priorities, and help eliminate bottlenecks.Lead by example while training, coaching, and supporting warehouse associates.Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and process compliance.Receive purchased and MRO materials, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation.Investigate shortages, damaged materials, and inventory discrepancies.Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and accurate system transactions.Maintain smooth material flow between receiving, production, storage, and shipping.Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.Partner with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly.Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and warehouse processes.Perform other duties as assigned.Required EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience3–5 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or related experience.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and experience operating warehouse equipment safely.Required SkillsLeadership and coaching experience with the ability to motivate a team.Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Macola ERP and Microsoft Office, including Excel.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Warehouse Associate.Manufacturing environment experience.Experience coordinating labor, workflow, and daily priorities.
