Schedule: Full-Time
Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the team running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
- Coordinate daily work assignments and workflow
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met
- Train and support new and existing team members
- Help troubleshoot inventory and operational issues
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate with supervisors, production, and other departments
- Assist with tracking daily productivity and completing required documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Prior Lead or Team Lead experience preferred
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
- Experience with WMS or inventory systems is a plus
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
