Job description
* Manage workflow of 5 to 10 employees and delegate tasks
* Communicate with transportation carriers when needed, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, and OnTrack.
* Monitor all web, warranty, and retail shipments via WMS system (ex. Manhattan Scale)
* Management of shipping & receiving products
* Pick and prepare customer orders for pick up or shipment.
* Move and stock merchandise within warehouse.
* Ensure the work area is neat, clean, and organized daily.
* Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans.
* Assess the work performance of their employees and identify areas that need improvement.
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control of goods.
* Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project team performance.
* Train new hires to make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
* Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
* Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures.
* Undertake disciplinary action when the need arises.

* Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools
* Forklift experience preferred.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
* Experience with WMS systems preferred.
Education
* High school diploma or equivalent
