Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift | 6:30 AM - 3 PM | Ocassional OT until 4p or on Saturdays as needed

What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Coordination: Assigns daily tasks, directs workflow, and manages material handlers to meet production, quality, and customer service goals. Operations Support: Monitors the movement of goods, tracks inventory or cargo status, and enforces daily work schedules and labor estimates. Safety & Compliance: Ensures adherence to company safety rules, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and prompt reporting of workplace hazards. Training & Support: Trains new and existing team members and assists management in resolving minor operational problems or employee complaints.
A Warehouse Lead supports warehouse success through effective leadership, operational planning, and inventory management. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities.
