Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Warehouse Lead, you'll support daily warehouse operations while assisting the Warehouse Manager and guiding the picking, packing, and staging teams. You’ll help ensure orders are accurately pulled, packed, and staged for shipment, all while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your leadership will help foster teamwork and efficiency, making a real difference in our fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
• Help direct the picking, packing, and staging crew
• Pull, pack, and stage orders accurately
• Operate a forklift and hand dolly to move inventory
• Wrap, label, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Keep orders organized in designated staging areas
• Train and support team members
• Report damaged products, order issues, or delays
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
• Leadership or team lead experience is preferred
• Ability to use a hand dolly and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
• Willingness to work alongside the team
