Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor – Responsible for overseeing all warehouse, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and receiving operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient workflow, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment. This leadership role will supervise warehouse staff, manage inventory controls, coordinate purchasing activities, and implement process improvements to support company growth and operational success.


Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $21.63 per hour ($45,000 annually)
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Some weekends required as business needs dictate


Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems.
  • Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics leadership experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong inventory management and purchasing experience.
  • Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Verify and reconcile incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, packing, and shipping operations.
  • Ensure shipping documentation and inventory records are accurate.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all inventory, including high-value products, is properly secured.
  • Manage purchasing activities for inventory, packaging supplies, equipment, and warehouse consumables.
  • Create and track purchase orders while maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Supervise warehouse employees and assign daily work activities.
  • Create weekly staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Perform safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory, purchasing, and warehouse reports.
  • Track KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping performance, and warehouse expenses.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, logistics, and finance teams to support business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze inventory reports and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
