  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve shipment discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damages, substitutions, incorrect materials, and documentation issues.
  • Manage dock operations, including inbound receiving, outbound staging, loading and unloading carriers, and maintaining organized dock flow.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for outbound material disbursement requests to contractors, associates, and internal teams.
  • Load outbound shipments to contractors, associates, carriers, and other authorized recipients using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.
  • Issue materials to contractors and associates, validate material requests, document transactions, and ensure inventory is properly relieved from the correct project, warehouse, or location.
  • Receive returned materials from contractors, validate quantities and condition, determine disposition, and ensure inventory is accurately returned to stock, removed from projects, or identified for scrap.
  • Coordinate yard-to-yard, warehouse-to-warehouse, and project-related material transfers while ensuring physical movement and system transactions remain aligned.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and monthly warehouse and yard audits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/WMS systems.
