    Work Environment:Clean Room & WarehouseJob Summary:
    We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator I to support medical device manufacturing operations by accurately managing inventory and ensuring materials are available to production lines on time. The role is primarily performed in a clean room environment, with additional warehouse and SAP activities.Key Responsibilities:
    • Kit medical device production orders in a clean room by accurately counting, verifying, and documenting components.
    • Assign and issue materials to production orders according to work instructions.
    • Perform physical and systematic material movements using SAP ERP.
    • Process Goods Receipts (GR) and inventory transactions in SAP.
    • Transfer materials between warehouse and production areas.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
    • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
    • Follow company procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and regulated processes.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
    • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Handle chemicals when required after appropriate training and while using provided PPE.
    • Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support overtime as business needs require.
    Required Qualifications
    • Experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
    • Hands-on SAP ERP experience with material transfers, inventory transactions, and production-order kitting.
    • Experience assigning materials/components to production orders.
    • Warehouse or material-handling experience.
    • Ability to accurately count, document, and track inventory.
    • Ability to read, understand, and follow process documents and regulated work instructions.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Ability to follow PPE and safety requirements.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Medical device manufacturing experience.
    • Clean room manufacturing experience.
    • Experience with Windchill.
    • Experience with other ERP systems.
    • Experience supporting production inventory and material control.
