    Position Summary: The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of inventory. Responsibilities will include inventory control management, quality assurance, canopy training, formula review, and all inventory planning activities. The Inventory Control Supervisor will work closely with operations and sales to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained, and inventory health is managed closely (Damage, Rotation, DOH, Shelf-life, etc.).

    What you'll do:

    • Develop Inventory Control Plan and IC Management Team
    • Weekly Cycle Count Plan developed based on

    value and frequency..

    • Develop IC Supervisor to manage cycle counters and execute cycle count schedule.
    • Manage IC labor budget, to include supervisor and cycle counters.
    • Develop job description and G&A's for IC Supervisor and Cycle Counter positions.
    • Work with Finance to develop and maintain IC budget.
    • Create and Maintain Inventory Reporting and KPI's, working closely with Ops to manage.
    • Distribute Inventory Summary weekly.
    • Create and review large adjustments report weekly with Operations.
    • Review warehouse short report daily to determine cause and corrective actions.
    • Weekly Damage/Expiration Date Report
    • Distribute weekly cycle count update .
    • Review all QA/QC reported deficiencies, and

    ensure products meet company standards.

    • Manages the internal and external quality audit processes.
    • Inbound audits on vendor and internal loads
    • External audits on all outbound loads
    • Create and manages all SOPs for the quality

    audit processes.

    • Directly manages all quality audit personnel.

    About you:

    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or equivalent experience preferred, Business degree or related field preferred.
    • Increasing roles of responsibility in Food Distribution/Manufacturing industry strongly preferred
    • 4-8 years of IC Management,

    Operations, Procurement, or comparable industry experience

    • 3-5 years of Management experience required.
    • APICS certification strongly desired
    • Previous IC experience required.
