About the Role
Location: This position will be located in Durham, NC and will be an onsite role.Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.Key Responsibilities:Manage 3PL inventory within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy across multi-site supply chain operationsCoordinate domestic and international shipping activities aligned with ERP system transactions and compliance requirementsAnalyze ERP system data to generate insights and support strategic supply chain decision-makingMonitor warehouse access controls and conduct periodic reviews to maintain security and complianceLead state manufacturing license applications, renewals, and compliance documentationInvestigate supply chain issues using ERP system data, implement solutions, and track performanceDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, guidelines, and ERP system-related training materialsSupport quality investigations, change requests, and corrective and preventive actions within ERP system workflowsProvide audit support and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, including ERP system controlsOversee material destruction processes and manage dispensing activities with accurate ERP system documentationEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, science, business, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum three years of experience managing systems in manufacturing or supply chain environments, or seven years without degreeStrong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, integration, and support of business processesProven ability to analyze data and generate insights to support supply chain and inventory decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reportingExcellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizational levelsStrong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple variables in dynamic environmentsSelf-motivated, well organized professional with strong critical thinking and sound judgmentNovartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:The salary for this position is expected to range between $41.06 and $76.25 per hour.The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits.
