Warehouse Inventory Control Lead - Supply Chain

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Inventory Control Lead plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse. This position is essential to the Distribution and Logistics department, especially as the company undergoes significant growth and transformation. The Warehouse Office Associate is responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring effective communication between warehouse staff and management. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay starting at $25 hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policies
• Input data into warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records
• Utilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits
• Generate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other operational metrics
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Support safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouse
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement
• Manage exceptions during processing to ensure a high level of accuracy
• Role model behaviors aligned to a values based, customer-centric, high performing culture with an emphasis on embracing our competencies and delivering with subject matter expertise
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of three years' experience in a warehouse or office environment, preferably in a lead role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Educational Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Professional certifications are a plus.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Professional certifications are a plus.
