Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I

Inspects shipments of new stock as they come in, checks to make sure orders have been filled correctly, and looks for damage; and makes arrangements to correct damaged or incorrect orders. Processes inventory orders, logs items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory, and moves product from the stock room or warehouse to the required location, and vice versa.

Job Summary:
Role Responsibilities.

• Assists in handling the company's inventory; and keeps inventory operations smooth and efficient in the stock room, warehouse, or receiving department.
• Processes inventory orders, logs items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory, and moves product from the stock room or warehouse to the required location, and vice versa.
• Inspects shipments of new stock as they come in, checks to make sure orders have been filled correctly, and looks for damage; and makes arrangements to correct damaged or incorrect orders.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar type of role.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft basic PC programs.

Experience with parts inventory procedures preferred * Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
