    Location: Chino, CA

    Picture your day: you arrive for shift huddle, walk the floor, and complete pre-operation checks on your powered industrial trucks. A trailer hits the dock—using a sit‑down forklift, you unload quickly and accurately, then switch to a stand‑up reach to place pallets into assigned locations. Later, a wave of orders goes live; you jump on a cherry picker to retrieve high-bay inventory, scan counts, and reconcile any variances. Throughout it all, you keep aisles tidy, collaborate with teammates, and follow safety protocols to the letter.

    What you’ll do

    • Transport materials throughout the facility using stand‑up, sit‑down, and cherry picker forklifts, plus other material handling equipment.
    • Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks while maintaining accurate inventory counts and proper product handling.
    • Keep work areas clean and organized; follow all safety guidelines and site procedures.
    • Support inventory control by tracking stock levels and promptly reporting discrepancies.
    • Partner with team members to streamline workflow and drive operational efficiency.
    • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operation.
    • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with safety standards and best practices.

    What you’ll bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Hands-on experience as a material handler or in a comparable warehouse role.
    • Valid forklift operator certification (required).
    • Strong command of warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
    • Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
    • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Attention to detail with solid organizational abilities.

    You should be proficient in:

    • OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
    • Material Handler Experience
    • Distribution Experience
    • Heavy Material Handling
    • Forklift Licensed
    • High School / GED
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
