Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs

Position Summary
We are seeking a Picker/Receiver (Water Spider) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for picking, receiving, material movement, and freight handling while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform picking and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently
• Read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Maintain basic written documentation and communication as required
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory and material handling tasks
• Operate a computer and perform basic PC-related functions
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload freight
• Support material movement throughout the warehouse as needed
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse, receiving, picking, or related experience
• Previous forklift operation experience required
• Experience with receiving and picking transactions preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy warehouse environment
