Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse and Forklift Associate to join our team in Bakersfield. In this role, you will perform order picking, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and stocking within a parts warehouse environment. Your efficiency and accuracy will contribute to smooth warehouse operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for temp-to-hire placement with competitive pay and benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift equipment in a warehouse environment to move and organize parts and inventory.
• Pick, pull, and gather orders accurately according to warehouse requests.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and document inventory data.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including unloading and loading trucks.
• Stock shelves and organize parts to ensure efficient warehouse operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to warehouse safety protocols.
• Use basic math skills to verify counts and measurements.
• Read and interpret shipping labels, inventory sheets, and written instructions.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE when operating equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and inventory status.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklift equipment.
• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read and write fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
