TempExperts is seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse and yard operations in Fort Myers, FL. This position is well suited for someone with warehouse or material handling experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Pull and stage orders for customers and job sites.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and manual labor.
• Count, inspect, and document returned equipment.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Follow OSHA, company, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Dependable and able to work effectively in a hands-on warehouse environment.
