We're currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Gypsum, Colorado. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled safely, efficiently, and on time. This position involves hands-on warehouse work using equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and handheld inventory devices.

No warehouse experience? No problem. We provide training and welcome motivated entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.

Full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (under 30 hours/week) positions are available. This is a year-round opportunity with no seasonal layoffs.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Utilize handheld devices and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Follow quality, inventory control, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Starting Pay

$22.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.00 to $2.50+ per hour performance incentive based on speed, accuracy, and productivity.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will typically possess:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dedication to safe work practices
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move products weighing 25 to 160 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and similar equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
