Capstone Logistics is seeking dependable Security Officers / Gate Attendants to support warehouse and distribution center operations in Aurora, CO. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Previous security experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 
• Weekly Pay

What You'll Do

As a Security Officer / Gate Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers, visitors, and associates entering the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Check in and verify inbound and outbound truck traffic
• Monitor gate access and maintain facility security
• Provide outstanding customer service to drivers and visitors
• Coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams
• Assign dock doors and direct traffic flow
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Monitor schedules and communicate updates as needed
• Support daily gatehouse and yard operations
• Follow all company safety and security procedures

• Ability to work independently and remain attentive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Previous security, gate attendant, dispatch, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
