Warehouse General Labor

Location: East Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time temporary with the possibilit to go permanent

Warehouse General Labor – Must-Have Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, yard, construction, manufacturing, or similar physical labor
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to safely use pallet jacks and dollies
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team

Warehouse General Labor – Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Warehouse General Laborer to support shipping, logistics, assembly, and field operations. This is a hands-on position responsible for loading and unloading heavy materials, assembling and stacking blocks and components, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physically demanding work, both indoors and outdoors, and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.

Warehouse General Labor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using manual lifting and material handling equipment
  • Operate pallet jacks and dollies to move materials
  • Position blocks, pallets, and materials securely to prevent damage during transportation
  • Verify product type, quantity, and condition during inbound receiving and outbound loadout
  • Assist drivers with securing loads using straps, tarps, and other equipment
  • Assemble and stack blocks, components, and materials for staging or shipment
  • Wrap and label pallets for delivery or storage
  • Maintain organized work areas to support efficient material flow
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and order preparation
  • Perform general labor duties at warehouse, field, or job sites
  • Clean and maintain assigned work areas
  • Assist tradespeople and other team members as needed
  • Operate small tools and power equipment following proper safety procedures
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain awareness of surroundings

Warehouse General Labor – Additional Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous construction, warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or yard experience preferred
  • Experience handling heavy materials is a plus
  • Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Comfortable performing repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and other physical activities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work safely around trucks, trailers, equipment, and other active work areas
  • Willingness to assist with a variety of general labor and material-handling tasks
