You'll be hands-on every day - picking and shipping orders, keeping the warehouse organized and safe, and supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment work. This is a shift-based role, working until 7pm in quarter four.In your first year, success looks like:Pick and ship work consistently hits 100% productivity and 99.5%+ accuracy targetsThe warehouse stays safe, organized, and audit-ready at all timesCycle counts, replenishment, and RA tasks are completed on schedule with minimal discrepanciesWHAT YOU'LL OWNPick & ShipPick and ship orders accurately and efficiently, hitting 100% productivity and 99.5%+ accuracy targetsWarehouse Safety & OrganizationMaintain warehouse safety and organization standards across your work area and shared spacesCycle Counts, Replenishment & RAComplete daily cycle counts, replenishment tasks, and return authorization (RA) work to keep inventory accurateDaily Project AssignmentsTake on daily project assignments as directed, adapting to shifting priorities across the warehouseWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience: Prior warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferredDomain Focus: Comfortable meeting productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced picking and shipping environmentSystems: Familiarity with WMS or RF scanning systems is a plusApproach: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and reliable; able to take direction and move between assigned tasks throughout the dayBonus: Forklift certificationPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift upwards of 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand on concrete for 8+ hours per dayWe're not looking for someone who's been in every tool or has a perfect resume.
