Schedule: 1st (6a - 2:30p) 2nd (2:30p - 10:30p) + OT as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, including documentation.

Experience Requirements

• One or more years of warehouse experience operating a forklift in a freezer or cold storage environment.
• Must pass a site equipment certification test and a client pallet counting assessment before starting the role.

Physical Capabilities

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Able to lift 50 to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in sub-zero freezer conditions (0°F/-18°C or below) while wearing required cold-weather gear.
• Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified candidates.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift in a cold storage/freezer warehouse.
• Monitor and record daily freezer temperatures and equipment gauges to protect product integrity.
• Receive, load, unload, pick, and pack frozen inventory accurately.
• Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods and update inventory through the warehouse management system (WMS) or scan guns.
• Keep aisles clear, wear required safety gear, and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Complete all freight assignments before leaving for the day.
