$28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Ability to safely move and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures

Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain accurate organization of warehouse inventory
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
