Position Details:  

Position Type: Full Time 

Job Location: Belpre, OH 

Shift: 12-Hour

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour

Benefits: Eligible for complete benefits package after 90 days 

 

 

Overview/Summary:  
We are seeking safety-focused Forklift Operators to support finished goods movement, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for transporting materials between production and storage areas, loading and unloading trailers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous warehouse operations.


Physical Requirements
Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions and able to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to work a 12-hour shift.

 

What You Will do: 

Duties & Responsibilities include: 

  • Remove finished products from production lines and transport them to designated storage locations.
  • Load outbound trailers for warehouse transfers and customer shipments using handheld scanning technology.
  • Unload incoming materials and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate electric forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory movements.
  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counts of packaging materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels to supply chain and warehouse leadership.
  • Support pallet sorting, staging, and recycling activities.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards within assigned warehouse areas.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a strong safety culture.
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and on-time delivery in all activities.
  • Work independently while coordinating with production, logistics, and warehouse teams

 

Requirements:  

  • Previous forklift operating experience required.
  • Experience loading and unloading trailers.
  • Ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to safety and quality procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including understanding load weight requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience. (preferred requirement)
  • Inventory control experience. (preferred requirement)
  • GMP or regulated manufacturing environment experience. (preferred requirement)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse and production environments.
