Key Responsibilities:- Deliver raw materials to production lines accurately and on time
- Pull, stage, and wrap finished products for outbound shipments
- Operate balers (manual and automatic) and load bales onto trailers
- Safely operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and clamp trucks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Accurately enter inventory and shipment data into computer systems
Requirements:- Proven ability to operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and clamp trucks safely
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds (not continuously)
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
