Warehouse Forklift Associate – Elkhart, IN
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Forklift Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations. This position will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment while ensuring products are handled accurately and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Load, unload, stage, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, wrap, band, and prepare products for shipment.
- Verify orders and identify shortages, damages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and basic computer system transactions.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory locations.
- Work with drivers and carriers during the loading process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed based on daily workload.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and material-handling equipment.
- Basic computer/scanner skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavier items with assistance or equipment.
