A day in the life
Step onto the floor of a fast-moving distribution center where you power the flow of materials. As our Warehouse Forklift Logistics Specialist, you’ll start your day with equipment checks, then navigate aisles to pick, stage, and move product so orders leave on time and inventory stays accurate.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $19–$20 per hour
- Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available
- Position Type: Full-time with temp-to-hire opportunities
- Overtime: Some roles offer OT potential
What you’ll do
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and roll clamp trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick, pull, and stage customer orders for timely shipment
- Load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment
- Receive incoming freight and verify counts and documentation
- Transport materials across warehouse and production areas
- Partner with shipping and receiving to keep product moving
- Keep inventory locations and product identification accurate
- Follow safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area
What you bring
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or roll clamp trucks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Background in shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material handling (preferred)
- Sharp attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Comfort working independently and within a team
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
