Penmac Staffing is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator in Springfield, MO. This position plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time.Responsibilities
- Accurately build and pull customer shipment orders
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Verify products and quantities before shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work scheduled overtime when needed
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening
- Criminal background check required
