Manage the intake and delivery of files, film, fiche, and other types of records to and from the main office. \n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n Proficiently perform all duties required of the Clerk of Courts staff with respect to the storage and retrieval of documents, files and other methods of stored documents.\n Respond to requests for documents, files, etc. in an efficient manner.\n Keep sections of the storage facility (warehouse) which are dedicated to Clerk of Courts office clean and organized.\n Destroy documents, files, etc. in accordance with state retention laws and guidelines.\n Perform additional duties as requested by the Clerk of Courts, 1st Deputy or 2nd Deputy.\n \n\n \nQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\n \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
