Hey, I'm Shivoham, Sr. Product Operations Associate at Flent. I own and manage everything moving across our inventory, logistics, and warehouse ecosystem-making sure every single physical asset is where it needs to be, exactly when it needs to be there. We started with no playbook, just a simple Excel sheet to track our inventory, and a sharp vision to build a fully functional warehouse from the ground up. Fast forward to today: we manage over ₹5 Cr+ in inventory across 250+ properties, run our operations out of a dedicated 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, built our very own custom IMS (Inventory Management System), and have scaled to a tight-knit logistics team of 7+ members. Honestly, anyone can move boxes or store items in a room, there's nothing remarkable about that. What sets us apart is the care, precision, and technology we inject into our supply chain to turn messy ground operations into a flawless science. That journey from manual sheets to a high-scale tech-driven setup is what makes this exciting, and we are just getting started. About this Role If Flent is the body, customer experience is its soul. What you'll do Own the Inventory Management System (IMS): You will be the ultimate custodian of our technology platform on the ground, making sure every digital entry matches the physical reality of the floor perfectly. Control the Flow (Inbound & Outbound): You will orchestrate the smooth entry of new items and ensure that outbound items are picked, checked, and staged with zero room for error. Maintain Absolute Quality: You will oversee our internal quality assurance processes, catching damages before they reach a customer and keeping our storage standards pristine. Be the Operational Bridge: You will collaborate radially across departments, supporting corporate requirements and partnering with external logistics vendors to ensure timely movements. What your day-to-day will look like Run Inbound (IB) Ops: Unload shipments, accurately identify new stock, run QA checks, repack, tag items, and log their precise rack locations in the IMS. Execute Outbound (OB) Ops: Retrieve items from their designated system racks according to dispatch lists and transfer them safely to the OB zone. Verify System Codes: Conduct strict final cross-checks on serial codes and SKUs at the outbound zone to eliminate dispatch errors before transit. Conduct Daily Audits (ICQA): Run systematic floor checks on physical racks to audit quantities, track serial codes, and eliminate shrinkage. Coordinate Timely Logistics: Partner closely with transport vendors, drivers, and delivery teams to ensure timely arrivals and smooth dispatches. Support Cross-Team Requests: Collaborate proactively with internal teams at Flent to fulfill resource requirements and keep company timelines moving. We're looking for someone who Has relevant floor experience: Brings 1-2 years of experience in warehouse floor operations, fulfillment centers, or e-commerce logistics. Is tech-savvy: Comfortably navigates Inventory Management Systems (IMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or digital scanning tools. Has an eagle eye for detail: Obsesses over precision when reading, matching, and documenting serial numbers, codes, and coordinates. Is hands-on and action-oriented: Thrives in an active, physically engaging floor environment and acts immediately to resolve operational bottlenecks. Values structured documentation: Understands that a clean system tracker is just as important as a clean physical warehouse. Is ready for standard shifts: Comfortable working fixed hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), with Sundays off. Educational background doesn't matter to us. Compensation, Benefits & Perks The total cash compensation for this role is upto INR 5 LPA. You'll be eligible for ESOPs & standard perks beyond the cash component.
