This role focuses on receiving, counting, and reloading industrial freight using sit-down propane forklifts and high reach lifts in a cross-dock and warehouse environment. ResponsibilitiesReceive freight shipments into the cross-dock and warehouse.Maintain accurate inventory records, including descriptions, quantities, and locations.Load and unload trucks/trailers with customer shipments, materials, and equipment.Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and accountability.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience in LTL trucking/warehouse operations.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more safely.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Current certification to operate sit-down propane forklift and high-reach lift (required).Valid driver's license.Compensation & BenefitsWeekly pay via direct deposit.Health benefits (medical, dental, vision, ancillary) after 90-day probationary period.Vacation/PTO after 1-year anniversary.401(k) eligibility after 1-year anniversary.
