Location: Edwardsville, IL
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM Start Time

Opportunity Summary
Capstone Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations through administrative, inventory, and clerical functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting site management, and ensuring smooth communication between the facility and corporate teams. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative, inventory, and clerical support to site management and corporate teams
- Enter daily operational data accurately into Capstone systems
- Prepare and process shipments and correspondence to and from the corporate office
- Receive, distribute, and maintain business communications and documentation
- Support reporting, filing, and other office-related functions
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Willingness to assist with light housekeeping duties within the office area
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
- High school diploma required
- Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Work in both office and warehouse environments
- Comfortable working on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
