The Warehouse Distribution Manager will oversee all daytime warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, will-call activities, and overall warehouse efficiency. Pay/Hours:

Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient execution
Oversee receiving, product rotation, storage organization, and inventory accuracy
Use WMS and handheld technology to manage daily warehouse activities
Coordinate workflow and troubleshoot operational issues
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable
Partner with the night Warehouse Manager to ensure continuity between shifts
Collaborate with sales, purchasing, delivery, and leadership teams to support business goals
Provide operational updates, inventory reports, and recommendations to management
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
3–5 years of warehouse operations experience
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Experience in beverage distribution, wholesale distribution, or logistics preferred
Strong leadership and employee development skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving processes
Experience working with WMS systems
Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and time management skills
Forklift experience
Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
