Location: Birmingham, Alabama

We are a leading major appliance distributor serving builders, contractors, and homeowners throughout the Southeast and are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and final-mile delivery.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.

·       Lead, train, and develop warehouse and delivery team members.

·       Oversee delivery scheduling, routing, and transportation. Provide best in class final-mile and in-home appliance delivery performance.

·       Ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries and excellent customer service.

·       Maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

·       Ensure safe operations and compliance with company, OSHA, and DOT standards.

·       Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support builder and retail customers.

Qualifications:

·       5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience.

·       Experience managing final-mile or in-home delivery operations.

·       Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems.

·       Strong leadership and team development skills.

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Knowledge of fleet operations, and DOT regulations.

·       Appliance, building products, or home improvement distribution experience preferred.
