Now hiring Warehouse Distribution Center Associate

Location: Lavergne, TN

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday -Thursday | 4:45AM - 3:15PM

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Previous distribution center or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance

Job Duties:

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and process shipments in a timely manner
• Stock incoming merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Enter inventory and order information into warehouse systems
• Monitor production supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed
• Communicate production issues or inventory concerns to management
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned
