Distribution Associate

Required Education: • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Skills and Experience: • Must have previous work experience operating a pallet jack • 1 year of relevant experience. • Ability to obtain an electric pallet jack certification. • Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. • Basic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. • General distribution knowledge.

Preferred Skills and Experience: • Experience with MHE, preferred.

Responsibilities: • Process customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking cases, and labeling boxes. • Palletize orders including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets. • Required to operate MHE and use an RF scanner. • Processes orders using RF technology. • Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. • May be responsible for dock manifest duties which include scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper. • May be responsible for operating the ground/manual manifest station. • Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.
