Warehouse & Dispatch Associate

Compensation: $20.25–$29.25/hour

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Associate for a respected client in warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role blends inventory handling, order fulfillment, and dispatch coordination for someone who values safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

      Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and supplies

      Pick, pack, label, and stage orders per company standards

      Review work orders, shipping docs, and dispatch schedules for accuracy

      Coordinate outbound shipments and dispatch activities

      Load/unload trucks following safety procedures

      Move products between receiving, storage, and shipping areas

      Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

      Use scanners and WMS to track inventory

      Assist with inventory counts and organization

      Maintain clean, safe work areas per OSHA standards

      Collaborate with supervisors and team to hit productivity goals

Preferred

      High school diploma or GED

      Warehouse, shipping/receiving, dispatch, or logistics experience

      Forklift or powered equipment experience

      WMS and barcode scanning familiarity

Qualifications

      Able to read, write, and communicate in English

      Basic computer/scanner proficiency preferred

      Able to follow shipping docs, dispatch schedules, and SOPs

      Strong attention to detail and time management

      Able to bend, lift, twist, push, pull, and reach repetitively

      Able to safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs

      Able to stand/walk through 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended hours

      Dependable, strong work ethic, works independently or on a team

      Flexible for overtime, weekends, or extra shifts
