Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Identify and report damaged materials or discrepancies in shipments.
Pull, organize, and prepare orders for shipment, customer pickup, and delivery.
Stock inventory in designated bins and maintain an organized warehouse.
Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trucks.
Assist will-call customers with loading materials into their vehicles.
Enter received materials into the computer system and obtain inbound freight charges as needed.
Verify shipments and deliveries and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Return signed packing slips for all deliveries.
Make local pickups of purchase orders as needed.
Stock vendor shelving and consignment inventory as directed.
Assist with physical inventory counts.
Monitor warehouse paperwork, including pick tickets, purchase orders, and reports.

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse and work area.
Assist with general facility maintenance, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and lawn care, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and/or delivery driver experience.
Forklift experience preferred.
Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and accurately complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
