Job Type: Temp-to-HireHIRING NOW – FORKLIFT CERTIFIED WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE / DELIVERY DRIVERPeople Source OKC is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for a growing HVAC distributor. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with sit-down forklift experience who is looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.This position will be responsible for operating a forklift, loading and unloading HVAC equipment, organizing warehouse materials, and making deliveries throughout Oklahoma.No CDL Required!Key Qualifications (Must Have)? Current Forklift Certification Required
? Sit-down forklift operating experience required
? Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
? Ability to safely operate equipment and handle heavy materials
? Reliable attendance and strong work ethicJob Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move HVAC units, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
Prepare HVAC equipment and customer orders for shipment
Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement
Deliver products to customers throughout Oklahoma, including schools and commercial locations
Provide professional customer service during deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Additional Requirements

Must pass a background check (no felony convictions due to customer requirements)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must meet all requirements for a Safety Sensitive Position
Ability to lift, move, and handle HVAC equipment and materials safely
