Warehouse / Data Entry
Location: Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay:$19.00 per hour
Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Data Entry Clerk to support warehouse operations for a transmission refurbishing company. This position involves receiving and organizing transmissions and automotive parts, maintaining inventory records, entering information into the computer system, and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize transmissions and automotive parts
- Enter part numbers, quantities, work orders, and inventory information into the computer system
- Pick and stage parts for production and customer orders
- Track inventory and assist with inventory counts
- Prepare refurbished transmissions and parts for shipment
- Complete shipping labels and paperwork
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
- Maintain accurate warehouse and computer records
- Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
- Follow company safety and material-handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials safely
