Customer Service / Shop Associate:
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers while also supporting warehouse operations. This role combines customer service, office support, and hands-on shop responsibilities in a small office and warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and record keeping.
- Operate a cash register and process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions.
- Load products and assist customers with purchases.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stock inventory and maintain organized product displays.
- Operate a forklift (preferred experience).
- Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous general office experience required.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist with warehouse responsibilities.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
First Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
First Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay:
$17.50 per hour (based on experience).
