Department: Rentals

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Employee Type: Full-Time

Pay Type: Hourly / bi-weekly

Pay Range: $18-19 / hourly

Summary:

The Rental Warehouse Crew member repairs and maintains proprietary rental equipment, performs general warehouse duties, and assists with final assembly and shipping/receiving. This is a non-exempt, entry-level, hourly position that includes eligibility for PTO, health insurance, and 401k program after probationary period.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate within standard operating and safety procedures
• Liaise and communicate well with other departments in finishing projects in a timely manner and quality fashion
• Achieve the creation of high-quality Versa gear that represents the company well in the global staging market
• Utilize Technical Design documents in the construction of staging and equipment
• Complete all assigned crew training modules
• Maintain and repair rental equipment
• Restock rental equipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate forklift, trucks, scissor lifts (reporting any maintenance needs)
• Clean and maintain work area, including yard and storage trailers
• May be asked to assist in the set-up and disassembly of rental and custom equipment

Qualification Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Clean and neat appearance
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Familiarity with requirements of touring equipment and terminology a plus
• English speaking preferred, bilingual a plus

• Regularly required to talk and hear
• Visual abilities include close vision and the ability to focus
• Ability to regularly lift 50 - 75 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work with small hand and power tools
• Must be able to follow direction
• A positive attitude and punctuality are a must
