Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour ($1 raise after 90 days)

Schedule: 1st Shift (Hours vary | 40 - 42 hours per week)

Requirements

• Must be willing to be forklift certified
• Must be good with hand tools
• Able to read/use a tape measure
• Have a great attitude, longevity, and reliability
• Once hired, will drive a non-CDL box truck
• Must have clean MVR

Job Duties

• Prep wood and materials according to instructions.
• Cut wood timbers and plywood to the correct size using table and panel saws.
• Build crates and pallets based on drawings and instructions using nail guns and a hammer.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Crafting Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Crafting Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, dependable work habits, and attention to inventory accuracy.
