warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator manages and coordinates warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This role ensures efficient operations, accurate inventory tracking, and compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods
• Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Train and supervise warehouse staff when needed
