Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Shipping and Receiving tasks, inventory reconciliation, utilizing ERP system, and clear communication across departments.

The responsibilities of this role are:
Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems/MS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Update inventory and receiving records in ERP (Axapta) system to maintain inventory accuracy and precise transaction records
  • Coordinate Shipping, sales order processing, and receiving
  • Effectively pack all outbound product, contact carriers for pick up, and transacts inventory and sales order shipment data
  • Initiate communication with internal and external customers to establish valid requirements for materials shipped
  • Tracks and troubleshoots as needed to guarantee on time delivery

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High school Diploma
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite programs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Previous Warehouse Experience shipping internationally
  • Inventory cycle count
