Warehouse Coordinator

This role supports daily warehouse operations by managing shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are organized, inspected, and ready for production.
 

SALARY: $25-$27/hr. DOE

LOCATION: Milwaukie, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, including inspecting materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing cycle counts. 
• Organize warehouse space, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and support physical inventory processes. 
• Pull and prepare kits for work orders while coordinating with engineering, production, and planning teams to meet material needs. 
• Operate hand and power tools, follow detailed instructions, and assist with additional production tasks as required.

 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliable follow-through 
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English and accurately maintain records in a computer database 
• Mechanical aptitude with basic experience using hand and power tools; warehouse or materials handling experience preferred 
• Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment
   

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift in a warehouse environment. You must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds safely.
