Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description:

We’re hiring an Warehouse Support Coordinator to support a fast paced operations team. Candidates with experience in retail or warehouse operations and a baseline understanding of SLAs will ramp quickly in our environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail driven, and thrives in a structured, deadline oriented setting.

YOU MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL SKILLS- VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands on administrative support across multiple team members
• Manage Teams channels, chats, meetings, files, and calendars
• Perform inventory coordination and operational tracking
• Handle reporting and data tasks using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Create and update documents, presentations, and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations- warehouse tracking
• Understanding of SLAs
• Strong Excel (tested) + advanced MS Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, dependable, and excellent at follow up
• Candidates who want stability and can commit to the full duration
