    Description

    Our global manufacturing client is seeking an Events Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and event preparation activities. This role will be responsible for organizing materials, preparing products for events, operating warehouse equipment, and helping ensure event logistics run smoothly.

    Responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for event-related products and materials.
    • Pull, stage, and prepare products for upcoming events and installations.
    • Load and unload trailers while safely handling warehouse materials.
    • Operate a hilo/forklift to move inventory, equipment, and other materials throughout the warehouse.
    • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and prepared for daily operations.
    • Support local event setup and installation activities as needed.
    • Assist with general warehouse tasks while balancing equipment operation responsibilities.


    Qualifications
    • Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior hilo/forklift operation experience.
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and maintain organized product records.
    • Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties, including moving materials, loading/unloading, and organizing products.
    • Dependable attendance and ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting event logistics, installations, or similar operational activities.
    • Previous experience with inventory management processes.
    • Ability to work independently and manage daily warehouse priorities.
