The Warehouse Coordinator monitors production and inventory levels. Ensures products are stored in designated areas. Adjusting storage areas and related products according to production requirements. Updates product locations in appropriate systems.

Benefits you can count on:

  • Pay Rate: $19.50 - 21.50/hour based on experience
  • Schedule: 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM - Four ten-hour shifts
  • Workdays: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Days Off: Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday

What you'll do as a Warehouse Coordinator:

  • Check-in inbound drivers and backhauls, filling out all necessary information on the barcode sheet.
  • Put inbound drivers into the correct door for unloading, based on load type, and in the scheduled order.
  • Send information and links to inbound drivers for loads requiring unloading fees.
  • Place invoices in corresponding file and notify receivers of any special circumstances.
  • Verify completed barcode sheets against the BOL and note any discrepancies.
  • Verify that all code dates and temperatures meet QA standards.
  • Download temperature recording devices.
  • Enter information in various websites for loads with temperature issues.
  • Notify manager of any discrepancies.
  • Print and set-up all barcode sheets for upcoming receiving, along with a schedule.
  • Check on all no-show loads and reschedule if possible.
  • Send a nightly e-mail regarding all problem loads.
  • Monitors production and product availability/location.
  • Stores product in designated areas and adjusts storage areas according to production.
  • Verifies product inventory reports by comparing warehouse logs and reports.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar position in the transportation and trucking industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and communications skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Time and Labor experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
