Location: Carson, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start time: 6 AM - 8 AM

In this role, you'll help manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, maintain warehouse organization, and support a safe, productive work environment that delivers excellent service to our customers.

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, organized, and stored for efficient warehouse operations.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and report any discrepancies or damage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, orders, shipments, and warehouse activities.
  • Promote and enforce warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with shipping, customer service, procurement, and other departments to support operational goals.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, and report maintenance needs.
  • Identify and help resolve inventory, shipping, or operational issues to minimize disruptions.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Coordinator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
